One thing most 90s kids can agree on – Friends was a HUGE part of our lives! For the most part, the Friends ensemble wore pretty nondescript outfits, but if there are 2 things that truly stand out – it would be Monica’s Turkey Head getup and Joey’s many-layered look (when he wears Chandler’s clothes). Conveniently, since Monica’s look is so distinct, you could just dress up in usual casual Chandler clothes and whip up an instant couple cosplay!

Dress up as Monica (Turkey Head)

Dress up as Monica with her Turkey Head as shown in episode “The One with All the Thanksgivings”. Your partner can just wear super simple casual clothes and you’ve got an instant Monica + Chandler couple costume idea!

	Turkey Mask I mean you could wear an actual turkey but if you’d rather not risk salmonella or bumping into random objects, I’d suggest this plush mask which has gotten a lot of rave reviews. It’s a lot more breathable and sustainable if you’d like to enjoy a whole night out in your costume. Paired with the Fez and sunglasses, you should pull off the same vibe!
	Yellow Frame Sunglasses Wear a pair of sunglasses with a yellow frame and dark lens
	Fez Hat You have to wear a fez hat! I suggest stitching this onto your mask already so they hold in place.
	Green 3/4 Sleeved Shirt Wear a basic green 3/4 sleeved shirt with a V-neck. Super simple!

Dress up as Chandler

Dressing up as Chandler is extremely easy. You just have to wear one of those vintage-like button down shirts. It’s essential to go with either Joey or Monica to the costume party so that people can actually tell you’re Chandler.

Dress up as Joey – Many Layers

“Look at me – I’m Chandler! Could I be wearing any more clothes? Maybe if I wasn’t going commando!” When I think of a Joey costume, this one always comes to mind. And the fact that a Balenciaga parka worth almost $10,000 was released with the same vibe just makes this even more memorable! Apparently, the costume designer really cut up some of Chandler’s most common looks and pieced them altogether so that Joey didn’t have to have trouble layering into each. But as a Halloween costume, you can simply keep wearing shirts on top of more shirts!

	Bowling Top You can actually just pile up on tops you already have but here are some that fit Chandler’s style
	Tribal Design Shirt One of the shirts Joey sports has a bit of a tropical/tribal vibe going which you can pull off through this shirt
	Gray and Black Button Down Top This can be your topmost layer since Joey sports a gray/black shirt at the very top too
	Swirl Necktie Wear around 3-5 neckties. The topmost necktie has a swirl pattern which this piece can mimic. Ideally, wear the wider old-school kind of neckties rather than the skinny ones that are more popular these days
	Sweatpants For the pants, wear a pair of gray sweatpants, preferably one that is loose all throughout. He actually layers on quite a lot of bottoms as well, which you can do by wearing a couple of tighter pants. But you can actually get away with just this one pair of sweatpants and a pair of shorts as shown on the item below. If you intend to really commit to the whole layering business, then you might want to buy a looser sized pair of sweatpants
	Red Yellow Basketball Shorts Wear these basketball shorts over your swears.
