Powerpuff Girls are drawn with very simple, sparse details. The good thing about that is you have a lot of freedom to choose what kind of dress you want to wear! Just make sure it’s colored green. I chose this one because I think skater skirts are really cute. You’ll need to wrap a black belt around your dress

For the shoes, a simple pair of black ballet flats would suffice. You can also opt for Mary Jane shoes for that cute girl look.

Wear white high socks and you’re good to go! White pantyhose stockings are also an option
